Vektor-Elektrokardiographie bietet eine dreidimensionale Ansicht der elektrischen Aktivität des Herzens und bietet einen Mehrwert bei der Diagnostik der Rückwand des Herzens.
Ein Vektorkardiogramm zeichnet die Richtung und Stärke der elektrischen Herzaktivität während eines Herzzyklus nach. Mit dem SCHILLER-Algorithmus werden Vektor-Kardiogramme und -Messungen mittels eines Standard-12-Kanal-EKGs berechnet und dargestellt.
